New -Delhi: Adequate sleep, eating homemade food and avoiding alcohol meals to counteract stress during the exams were one of the mantras for students who were of top nutrition experts as part of the latest episode of the Prime Minister “Pariksha Pharcha”, which broadcast on Friday were shared.
Experts in nutritional and health experts Shonali Sabherwal, Rujuta Diwekar and Revant Himatsingka, highlighted the importance of healthy eating habits and the decisive role of quality sleep in the academic success during a special session of “Pariksha Pharcha” – an annual event, in which Prime Minister interacted Narendra Modi with students who appear for board exams.
