The Court of Appeal in Argentina confirmed the acquittal of the French Rugby player Hugo Auradou and Oscar Jégou on Wednesday in the increased rape case, which was submitted against them in July.
The men were accused of raping a 39-year-old woman after raping a 39-year-old woman after a night drink on July 6th against Argentina in Mendoza.

Auradou and Jegou, who play for the French Top Flight teams of Stade Palois and Stade Rochelais, contested any misconduct and said that the gender is mutually agreed in a room in the diplomatic hotel in Mendoza.
They were arrested in Buenos Aires on July 8 when the French squad was ready to travel to Montevideo for their second game against Uruguay and return to Mendoza.
They were placed under house arrest in Argentina when they were waiting for the process. In September, the judges allowed them to return to France until the end of their case.

In December, the judges dismissed the case of men, but lawyers who represented the woman said that she would appeal to this decision.
“After analyzing all evidence collected in the case, it is clear that the version of the events maintained by the plaintiff is not supported by the objective elements in the case file,” says the judgment on Wednesday.
