A 200-foot cylinder was installed in the center of the newly invented start pad from Pleasure Beach Resort.

The cylinder, which drove more than a thousand miles in Europe, is a “key component” of the journey and is responsible for “revolutionizing” the driving experience.

The total weight of the cylinder corresponds to a large African elephant, a military armor, a cruise ship -anchor or the Big Ben Bell.

It has a pressure of 105 PSI, which means that each square in the cylinder experiences a power of £ 105.

Karl Murphy, director of engineering, said: “The higher the pressure, the greater the structure of kinetic energy.

“By increasing the PSI, we have increased the strength, and therefore the speed of speed is greater, which means that the drivers feel a big difference and will shoot the sky with more strength than ever before.

“This new cylinder is what these stomach -powered moments and feelings of weightlessness create that will love guests.”

The installation of the cylinder marks a milestone in the “extensive” project, which lasts from Pleasure Beach from December to February during the closed season.

The Launch Pad Ride has already undergone a “complete aesthetic revision”, the color changed from white to blue and red and takes on a new name, a new branding and a room exploration topic.

The majority of the work was carried out by the internal team of Pleasure Beach Resort from mechanical engineers, electrical engineers, painters and artists, a project manager and the director of engineering.

An engineer from S&S, the manufacturer of the trip, also flew from the USA to monitor the installation of the cylinder.

Amanda Thompson Obe, CEO from Pleasure Beach Resort, said: “This year we will reopen the park earlier than usual for half the term in February, so that our talented teams still had a smaller time window to carry out something unbelievable.

“As always, they have increased on this occasion, and it is certainly incredible.

“We previously talked about the fact that this era is a time of evolution for us and focuses on renewing our range of travel.

“While Launch Pad is only the first chapter of a much longer story, it is exceptionally exciting to see how this first milestone takes place before our eyes.”

An official opening date for the startpad is still to be confirmed, but will probably be in the 2025 season.

The Nickelodeon Land area of the park, which is aimed at families and younger drivers, is now open for half term from February to Sunday, February 23, with tickets for £ 25 when you are booked online.
